On 23 November , Saudi authorities executed the Iraqi national (Mohammad Abdul Amir aged 36) in the town of on Arar, near Saudi Arabia’s border with Iraq.Abdul Amir was arrested in 1995 and charged with the murder of a Saudi Arabian man.Many Iraqis imprisoned in Saudi Arabia claim they have been denied fair trials, including the right to mount a proper defence and seek assistance from the Iraqi authorities./129
